Reports

ErgoRisk documents all assessments and tracks follow up interactions in our comprehensive database which was originally developed and used for a province-wide ergonomic initiative we completed for a branch of the BC Government.  The database allows us to generate a variety of different individual and summary reports rapidly and efficiently, without redundant data entry.

Individual Comprehensive Assessment Reports

Includes a summary of identified risk factors, an outline of changes implemented during the assessment, outstanding equipment recommendations, recommended behaviours, and workstation profile.

  • In cases where a specialty piece of equipment may be required such as a particular model of mouse or certain style of document holder ErgoRisk will provide sourcing information for the product.
  • ErgoRisk uses a prioritization risk ranking for individuals based on a combination of reported discomfort levels, hours per day on the computer, and workstation fit.  Each individual’s risk is scored either High, Medium, or Low. The risk ranking is intended to aid in guiding decisions where resources for implementing recommended solutions may be limited.

Spot Check Reports

Documents the findings on 5 key points regarding equipment set up and 5 key points about the worker’s posture and behaviours.  The report also outlines identified risks and solutions, any recommended equipment needs and behavioural recommendations..

  • In cases where a specialty piece of equipment may be required such as a particular model of mouse or certain style of document holder ErgoRisk will provide sourcing information for the product.

Equipment Summary Reports

This report provides an itemized list of all equipment and furniture recommendations for each employee assessed through the spot check or comprehensive evaluation process.  The summary allows for ease of ordering or budgeting with all recommendations outlined in a single document.

Management Summary Reports

Management summary reports can be generated to provide a snapshot of the status of the organization without individual employee names.  Numbers of employees with resolved and unresolved risks are compared against equipment and behavioural markers documented during the assessment and spot check process.
